How can I get OL2002 to send/received from withing any
users account in Windows XP Home?

I have just upgraded from Windows ME to Windows XP Home
Edition. I have set up XP with multiple users for my
wife, son and I (which works great for us).
The issue is that we all use the same Outlook.pst files,
so I am not sure how best to set this up. Currently
Outlook will only download and upload email to/from the
ISP when in the admin/default user, however other users
can see the results and edit them.

So, How can I get OL2002 to send/received from withing
any users account in Windows XP Home?

There shouldnt be anything special that you should have to do to make this
work. However what you are doing has the potential for corrupting the .pst
file. This can happen if one user has Outlook open and does a Switch User
with Windows and another user logs on and tries to open Outlook. You may be
better served to have everyone have their own .pst file and set them all to
leave a copy of messages on the server. This would allow everyone to see
all the mail and keep the ones they want. Here is where you would set the
account to leave a copy of the messages on the server option:
1. Open Outlook.
2. From the Tools menu, click Accounts.
3. Click the Mail tab.
4. Click your e-mail account, and then click Properties.
5. Click the More Settings button.
6. Click the Advanced tab.
7. Click to select the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" check box
if you want to save your Yahoo! Mail messages on the Yahoo! Mail server as
well as on your local computer.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Next.
10. Click Finish.

I hope this information is helpful.
