I have a client who reports that some attachments sent with OL2000 end up
zupped. But not all.

Any suggestions as to why?

Look for an add-in that does this. Like Attachment Zip Compressor from
MAPILab or ZipOut from MicroEye

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

Also check to see if Quick View Plus is doing this.
