OL2000/2003 Archive don't work!

We can't archive mail from OL200/2003. When we try it seems OK but the
process immediatly end without errors and the new PST file contain only the
three folder but not the mail.

Someone know what is happening? Alle the OL account are using the Exchange
Mail (2003).

Archiving works on the modified date, not the received date. Usually, the
modified date isn't displayed for the messages. Are you sure the modified
date is older than the date you selected for archiving purposes?
