If you right click on your contact(s) folders and select properties, do they
show as an Outlook Address Book?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Bob S asked:

| was located, but thought that I did it correctly. I can see all of
| the contacts in the list. But when I type a contact's name into the
| "Find" field OL cannot find it. Does any of that information help

|| accounts->view or change directories. If it is not installed, back
|| up one step and install it.
