OL Contacts - Properties of "Contact" vs. "SBE"

Utilizing OL 2002, when pasting a contact into an email,
some paste as the OL normal icon, some paste as a
yellow "post-it" icon with a thumbtack through it. I
have had complaints from some recipients that when
opening the "post it" yellow contact it opens blank. Is
there a problem with my procedures or the manner in which
the contact is formatted?

For best results with the greatest number of recipients, use the Forward as
vCard command on the contact and copy and paste the resulting .vcf file into
your message.

O.K. Thanks for the response and advice. However, why
does the some contacts paste as contacts and others paste
as post-it icons. What is the difference in properties.

You might have contact items using different custom forms with different
icons.
