OL 2003 won't send?

Keep getting the following message on all sends or replies - test on account
seems to work but...

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test

Sent: 21/09/2005 21:23

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Gina Zechiel' on 21/09/2005 21:23

None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
