Howdy,

I have 2 email accounts set up. One is my home account and the pop and smtp
are both the same but I don't use this as my default. The other one is pop
(using my webserver addr) and smtp using my ISP mail server. This one is
setup as my Default...however every now and then OL seems to send out on the
home account and not the Default. What have I done wrong?

Can you send mail reliably out of your default account or does the ISP
server sometimes burp? If the latter and you are trying to send through your
default account and it is not available, Outlook will send through the next
available account. Try using the Test Account Settings on your Web Account
and see if they are functional the next time this happens.

Milly,

No burpage detected...I just gotta always make sure it says at the top which
account it's gonna send on (which is a pain) - I'd rather have it *fail*
than send out on my home account - anyway to force this?

Ok, I'll try the test.

It's confusing to my clients when all of a sudden my Reply em is
different...besides I don't want people sending to my home account anyway (I
only use it for family).

tnx,

Rob
