OL 2000 runtime error

just upgraded to XP from Win. 98. Runtime Error ocurrs
when trying to start OL. Message states "The application
has requested to terminate it in an unusual way. Please
contact Applications support team for more information."
Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this problem.

Have exact same problem. Can't find any help on
Microsoft site. If you get/have an answer PLEASE share
