Is is safe to delete the dllhost.exe file from the windows/system32 and
windows/system32/wins directories? Both Norton and ZoneAlarm claim
its the welchia virus.

The dllhost.exe in the \wins sub-folder is the virus. The sub-folder \wins
is created by the virus. The dllhost.exe, 5kb, in the \system32 folder is
the true Windows file.

The one in wins will be welchia, so delete that. The one in System32
should be present, but may have been affected. The way to deal with
such a file is to rename it to a different extension (r-click - rename),
and it will be replaced in seconds by a clean copy from the cache, which
is unlikely to be damaged. Then reboot to bring that one into use, and
you can delete the renamed one
