The CPU speed is summed from the Font Side Bus (CPU External Freq.)
times the CPU Frequency Multiple setting, so if it's a factory unlocked
CPU you should be able to change the CPU Multiplier from 12.5x and up on
an A7N8X with that CPU. (set BIOS to [User Defined] and [Menu] to
manually change things.)

If it's a factory locked CPU the multiplier changes in the BIOS will
have no effect on CPU speed, you'll have to raise the CPU External Freq.
MHz (Front Side Bus), this will also raise the memory speed so you may
need to change ram settings or get better ram.

Usually when you OC a device it will need more voltage to run stable,
not all CPU/Ram will OC the same, it's luck of the draw, so all you can
really do is tweak it a hair at a time and test it out, I use Memtest86+
and Prime95.
