OK EXPERTS LETS DO THIS THING!! VgaSave MUST DIE !!

okay gango's still can only reboot and get into windowsa by way of safe
modewhy?? because I cant seem to get my monitor installed properly or even
have it recognized because VgaSave is already plugging that hole and filling
that need this problem or this fact i should say is why i believe my computer
wont let me in without being in safe mode and i need to use a bunch of
different softeware that i cant run in permamnent safe mode thx!!

and i cant believe it but this is day two of this freeking thing not letting
me in anyone and every one please help ...and for all of those of you who
have helped so far thank you very very much we are close we are so close

I had this happen to me once a few years back. Until I installed the correct
motherboard drivers, I could not install my video drivers. I was locked in
to a low refresh rate, screen resolution and something like 4 bit color.

After installing the M/B drivers everything was fine.

And, no, I do not have on-board video either.
