hi microsoft

how embarrasing

microsoft tech support cannot even tell a person who is recognized via their
voice database as the owner of a xp system as to how to get past the logon
screen without the knowledge of a master admin password or getting in as a
guest that is not set up yet other than to try save files (when ya can't
rememer all of em) and then format the disc.

really microsoft.....

i don't care how moody i can got...

YOU well know what that i like

and about that

asp.net on MY computer

i don't care if it were a test or not that was someone elses

ya don't be telling me ahead of time,

ya don't tell me during

ya don't tell me after

then all ya get is a flat out refusal to be anything better than i can be.
ya even get kicked out of my sight for awhile...

im referring to the two individuals who did do just that.

need i name names here?

so microsoft

i don't care a whit about your free techsupport that answers nothing

and for that i reckon that was nearly 1/2 hour of long distance charges...

so you owe me at least $5.

ya, consider me rude

consider me unfair

but ya know what?

I DON"T CARE

what i say, what i do is a result of no help from YOU, YOU AND YOU....

my personal message......

oh, ive got this theory.....

as you treat people like me as you do....
then surely enough

according to (e-mail address removed)

HOAX OR NOT......

i reckon by election time....

bye bye...internet...........

not just for me, everybody........

why election time?

the one day (no offense mr. pres and mr. pres wannabe)
the one time when everyone and anyone gets together for what should be the
biggest election held via the internet in mass ever will be a complete
bust...

and why?

it isn't totalorism
it isn't communism
it is refusal of answers when asked a simple question.

for example..

how many cookies in the cookie jar
(when ya know the other person knows the answer)
and all ya hear is "I Don't know".
love someone else give it all to that person, gee who is that other person
your supposed to be with....

patience is a vurtue, frustration and controlled anger is a complete excuse
for someone to be somewhere else....
especially when it seems they calculate on that.....

hmmmm

bout you microsoft.....

bill gates....

how do you feel about your security issues here for win xp users who cannot
login whatsover.....?

actually..

kinda like out of a script..

but really?

just put in a full install, no upgrade cd
store bought, not from puter

when asked about users
enter in a new one
gives you access to everything from previous installation
reset old master admin no problem

it works.

Your problem

"...

If you do not have a password for an account with sufficient privilege to do
what you need to do, because you forgot it. Then from our perspective
there is no workaround.
If you do not have an administrator password for either normal or safe boot,
then you cannot gain access to your system.
The support person may not have mentioned (since they may not be allowed to
discuss third party products) that there are various third part products
that claim to be able to reset the administrator password on a Windows XP
machine. These may or may not work dependent on many factors such as use of
encrypted file systems etc.

However from a pure Microsoft perspective the response you were given was
correct. No passwords = no access.

Another alternative approach would have been another side by side install of
Windows XP to your system. however again you may not have sufficient disk
space or may have used EFS and thus may not have access to your files you
are trying to get off the PC prior to its major rebuild.
