Offline folder synchronization fails

Outlook 2002 on Windows 2000 Prof fails on synchronizing
offline folders. Error code is 0x80004005.

It doesn't matter what i try to synchronize. At first it
looks that it is working, but very slowly and then it
gives me this errormessage. The particular items doesn't
contain many messages (about 20 small mails).

Have you asked your Exchange admin to look at this? The problem is on the
server....if they do a google search for that error code they'll get a lot
of hits.
