Hi,

We have an issue with several laptops in that not all files will sync when
the user logs off. This is not restricted to .pst or database files, etc.
It happens to some .xls files as well as others. When the user connects
remotely,
they can only see the folders which have syncronised.

Is there a way to correct this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Bob,

Whatever doesn't sync usually winds up being displayed in the dialog box
and requires user acknowledgment. Is the user giving you that info?
Are they allowing the sync to complete, or just closing the lid and
walking away?

Hi Terry,

Thanks for the reply.

The dialog box is showing and it lists the files that cannot be sync'ed. On
some of the folders it allows xls files to sync and some other folders is
does not.

Thanks

Could there be some permission settings on some of the folders
preventing it? Or that they have exceeded the 2 gig limit?
