Offline files

I have a windows XP Professional Client Laptop connected to a Windows 2000
Domain. I have my users folder on the server synchronised with the laptop
using offline files. We've recently had a VPN configured in our workplace
using RRAS and L2tp/IPSEC. When I'm at home and connect to the VPN all I can
see is my user folder on the server. If i disable offline files then I can
see all shares on the server. Is it possible to have offline files enabled
AND access all shares on the server over the VPN at the same time?
