Hi Tim,
Before we find why this issue occurs, we need to know which application is
reporting this event. It is possible that some application running on your
computer is prompting this message instead of your system. As I know,
Windows will not report this message. On the other hand, some
application/service running on this computer may report this kind of
message if it has problems in communication with the server.
I would suggest you check which application at this time. Try the following
steps.
1. Capture the screen when you see this error and then send this picture to
me. My email address is (e-mail address removed)
2. Run Task Manager (taskmgr.exe) when this message appears (do not close
it). Check if this message box listed in "Applications" tab. If so,
right-click it and select "Go To Process". You will be led to the process
initiated this dialog.
3. How often this issue occurs and do the computers with this issue have
the same application installed and running?
Please let me know this information so we will be able to work further on
this issue to figure it out. Thank you for your cooperation and time. I
look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Eric Shen
