Offline files - non-existent server

Hello, My client has removed/replaced a server to which he had offline files
configured. We have been unable to stop his laptop from attempting to sync
to the old server.....ALSO it appears to sync to the new server however when
the laptop is offline we can browse the files but NOT open them. It says it
cannot connect to the path. I'm wondering if these two problems are
related?? I'm considering creating a new user profile to get around these
problems. Thanks.

Go to folder options - offline files tab - HOLD CTRL-LEFT SHIFT while
holding click the delete files button. You'll have to resetup your offline
files.
