officejet d145 software

I've got a officejet d145. I have rebuilt my pc and when I went to
install the CD that came with the d145 I couldn't find it. It seems
that I can't use the compact flash or smart media memory slots to
upload my pictures on WinXP without the CD that came with the printer.
It's also not available for download from HP, only the huge printer
driver file seems to be available. Does anyone have a copy of the CD
(with Director, etc) that came with the printer or know where I can
download it?

Really wanting to download my pictures to my PC.
