Office#?

i have win98se and works2000'worksuite'. is that the same as 'Office2000'?
 
No. It does however include Word 2000 from Office 2000.

Works Suite 2000 is not the same as Office 2000, but it does contain a
version of Word (probably Word 2000?). Office 2000 also contains (at
minimum) Outlook and Excel; some versions contain Publisher; some add
PowerPoint, some have FrontPage and/or Access. Works Suite contains Works,
Word, and various other unrelated (but very useful) applications.
