Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
You can find some information starting at http://www.microsoft.com/office/previous/default.asp but you may be better
off asking in a newsgroup whose topic is Office. This newsgroup only
concentrates on Access, the database product that's only one of the many
products that make up Office.
Recognize, too, that Microsoft stopped selling Office XP in 2003.
