Office XP error when running on Windows Server 2003 Terminal Serve

I installed Office XP on W2K3 TS. I can run Word, Excell, etc from any
account that has admin rights.

If I run in from any account that belongs to User or even Power User...I get
"This feature is not available. For more information, contact your system
administrator" after the app launches. After clicking OK, the app quits.

What do I need to do to get Users to run this?

Thanks!

Got it running...

We uninstalled it and re-installed it just like before using Add Remove
Software in control panels. This was the 3rd install.

The only differences were:
-I had downloaded and installed the Office XP Resource Kit after install try
#2.
-We had run the app the 1st time after install from a User account instead
of the Admin on the console.

Very strange...

I assume that the Terminal Server was in install mode when you
installed Office (you ran setup.exe from withing Add / Remove
programs)?

Since the problem seems to be permission-related, I would download
FileMon and RegMon from http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as
administrator (when no user is connected), start a TS session as a
normal user and try to run the application.

FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors that
occur, so that you can give your users the necessary permissions on
a file-to file or Registry subkey basis.

Hi Vera,

Yes it was in install mode.

Thanks for the FileMon and RegMon util! I will download it and look at it.

I did get office running.
