office xp doesnt open docs in browser anymore

when viewing word docs online i used to be able to just click the link and
it would open the word doc in the browser, but since i formated and upgraded
to offive 2003 this doesnt seem to work, i always get the option to save or
open ... is there any way to fix this or is it just a FEATURE of office 2003

BTW i do trust the source of the word docs, there from a work related
website so no chance of any nastys in them

its ok i found the problem ... edit file types and turned off confirm open
after download ... all seems ok now
