Office SP3

Cannot install O2K SP3. Windows simply gives me message "Cannot apply
update."
Running WinXPpro, with all cuurent OS and office patches in place.
any ideas?

Is this really you? You may or may not remember me...Joan Scannell...don't freak out. I am still in Chicago and a nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. What is up with you?
