office outlook - Windows Live connector setup wizard failure

Hi, I try to use the Outlook Connector Setup Wizard but keep failing as it
reports that Outlook is open. Is there a solution?

Yep, of course make sure it is closed.
Sometimes folks forget to double check their system icon area.
It could be running in the background. ;c)
