Office Outlook 2007 - Junk Email Reporting Tool

I couldn't find an Office section on this help and support forum so I
apologise now if I have posted in the wrong section.

I am using the trial version of Office 2007 Pro prior to buying it after the
trial ends. When I was using Office Outlook 2003 (full, public and
purchased), the Junk Email Reporting Tool worked fine. However, in 2007, no
matter how many times I download and install the tool, it never shows up in
Outlook 2007? I vaguely remember seeing something about the tool popping up
(pardon the expression - LOL), as I installed Office 2007 but it happened so
quick, I don't know what it said? Thanks in advance if anyone can assist.
