Office network

What are essential services&processes in a PC for network to be accesible to
that PC, in other words what services I can turn off and still be able to
comunicate with other PCs in office network?

If you need to ask, then the answer is "turn off none of them". Turning off
services that you do not know and understand could result in a PC that
malfunctions, or cannot be restarted to repair the damage you've done.
