Office jet printers in TS

I have several remote users that have Office Jet All-in-
One printers that don't get recognized when they log into
Terminal Server, any compatibility issues with some of
them.

Have you tried to map them to a native printer driver?
Are these printers connected through an USB connection, using a DOT4
port? Check if this helps:
