office installation interrupted and now can't boot xp

I had a power outage while loading office and so I had to
cancel (had a UPS Backup System) and shutdown.

When I tried to reboot, I got an error
lsass.exe
Object Name Not Found.
with an OK click box. This just restarts the computer.
I've tried safe mode, last known working mode and get the
same error.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, it is a problem with WIN XP, I don't care about the
office installation. I can't boot the system is the
problem. Thank you though, my subject may be misleading
people. I will repost with a different subject.
