Office Excel 2007

Hi
In Office Excel I have unchecked the box in the Trust Center/Privacy
Option/Document-specific-setting [Remove personal information from file
properties on save.]
Now I am unable to undo this because the checkbox is grayed out. What must
I do to return to the default setting?

That option is only available in documents created in an earlier version
on Excel.
