Office end user contract appears when opening MS Outlook.

When I open MS Outlook, the OfficeXP end user agreement appears. It does this
twice. When I accept, it opens a blank Word page. I close it and I get into
MS Outlook for my e-mail.
 
I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
