Importing from Outlook to Access

I am trying to set up an import between MS Access and Outlook. The basic
purpose is to keep track of where a contract is in out multiple step review
process. I want to set up a task to import the informational contents: i.e.
name of contract from subject and date received to an Access table which will
also contain fields with the time the primary review occurred, the time data
entry entered info into our contracts database, and the time the secondary
review occurred. I tried to import the first time and was successful
However, for whatever reason I can not save the import to create a recurring
task in Outlook where I can simply click a button and run the import. When I
worked my way through the import wizard I clicked on the "save import steps"
and "create Outlook table" checkboxes and then clicked on the "save import"
command button but instead of saving the import steps I received a
warning/alert message indicating "property not found." Is there anyway I can
automate the import steps to run at a set time or when I open the database.

Thanks,

Terry Carroll

If you create a macro named Autoexec it will run every time the database is
opened unless you hold down the shift key.
You can also include a condition to check a table to see if it was run that
day by comparing a stored DateTime record in a table.
