Office Chart & Access

Hi from Barcelona,
I want insert a Office Chart in my web .asp
I try link my access database with the chart control but the web only runs
if the folder who contains the database have public permission. If not, i'm
the only who can see the chart.
Obviosly, is not possible that my folderwill be public.
How can i run a office chart in my web with access?
If not, someone knows a program who make this?
