Hi. I have on my Home PC Vista with M/S office 2007. I have at work XP Pro
with Office 2003. What I want to do is sent my
calendar to work . I have tried this but it sends it as a ics file and it
wont work with office 2003. Does anyone know how I can sent it and get it to
work.
Thx.

1. With Outlook 2007 closed, make a copy of the .PST file on your home
machine.
2. Take this copy to work and place it in a folder on your work PC where it
will NOT overwrite any existing .PST files
3. Make sure this copy is set Read/Write after you place it in the above
folder (if you use a CD to move the file, it will be set Read Only and must
be reset to Read/Write)
3. Open Outlook 2003 on your work PC
4. Go to 'File|Open|Outlook Data File', navigate to your .PST copy, and
click OK.
5. Drag the Calendar from the copied .PST file and drop it in the Calendar
on your work PC.
