I HAVE JUST INSTALLED OFFICE 2003 STUDENT/TEACHER EDITION AND WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS THE OFFICE ASSISTANT AND TRY TO INSTALL IT, I GET ERROR 1311, SOURCE FILE NOT FOUND. HOW CAN I REMEDY THIS SO THAT I CAN USE THE OFFICE ASSISTANT?

My ears are ringing. Please do not use all caps when posting to a news
group. Posting in all caps is considered shouting and rude. No one
wants to be shouted at. (One or two words in all caps for EMPHASIS is
fine.)

You have posted to the wrong group. The "access.gettingstarted" in
this news groups title refers to Microsoft Access ... a Database
Program.

I would suggest you re-post your question to the relevant Office news
group. Perhaps
Microsoft.Public.Office
or
Microsoft.Public.Office.SetUp
or
Microsoft.Public.Office.Misc

Good Luck.

I'm very sorry i did'nt mean to be rude, but i'm very new at all of this
