Office 2003 & Vista?

Can I install Office 2003 on Windows Vista? I purchased a new computer with
Vista but it didn't come with Office 2007. I still have my installation
disks for Office 2003 from my old computer. Will those work on the new
computer?

Myself and my family have been running Office 2003 on Vista Home premium for
the last 2 years without any problem.
I also run some Office 2000 programs such as Access on Vista with out any
problems.

Hi, I had trouble installing Office 2003 on My new Vista PC. After much
searching and trouble-shooting, I discovered athe problem: I needed to get a
recent version of Windows Installer. Once I downloaded the update to Windows
Installer, installation of Office 2003 was no problem.

Hope this helps, Robert.

I don't know what Office 3 pro is...

I am using Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003. It (Word, Excel & Outlook)
works just fine on Vista and I'm now using it on Windows 7 beta.

The only problem is, you have to run one of the programs "as administrator"
once in order to accept the EULA.
After that, it works fine.
