Without any clues as to when or where you're seeing security popups, all I can suggest is that you read the material posted at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm

We have a form in Outlook that is published that has VBScript behind it. Now
with Outlook 2003, when we open the form we get 3 popups. Every time we
click on a button that accesses the address list we get 6. The first 3 are
the a program is trying to access you email addresses, the other 6 are the
same. Is there a way to re-write this so none of these popup? I read the
article about using the application object but where does the onconnection
come in? I do not have access to the exchange server so I am having to do
this on a pc and publish locally.
