office 2003 eraser?

A

aaron.kempf

team;

i have a friend that is having trouble with this 3rd party software (it
is an office add-in)

he wants to start his desktop from scratch- aka use an office eraser in
order to delete EVERY POSSIBLE SETTING, FILE AND SHORTCUT.

he's been through it a couple of times and the 3rd party app isn't
working on his machine.
and it keeps on complaining about a compile error in hidden module.

I'd like him to format the box; and rebuild it..

it's technically when he opens word; he gets these error messages.. so
i looked through the references for him; and i dont see anything.

he's not changing any paths or anything.

and it's a fairly prominent 3rd party company.. so i have some
confidence in their methodologies.

does anyone know of a good 'office 2003 eraser' i dont know what ms was
thinking in making a 2000 version but nothing newer

or any other ideas on how to troubleshoot this 'compile problem in
hidden module' message??

I suggest taking a look at CCcleaner but I doubt if that will fix the
problem. How about the system restore? I would want to do a good spywear
and virus scan.

what is CCcleaner?

and I'll totally look into the spyware route

Actually it is Ccleaner, my typo

It cleans up a lot of the trash that accumulates on a computer. Often
it can get things moving faster. It is safe, and FREE. I don't have any
connection with it other than I have used it for some time.
