Exit Word. Search for and delete the Normal.dot file. Start Word and the
Normal.dot file will be recreated. This is where the recurring data would be
located when you start a new Office Word (not work) document. Only problem
with this would be that if you had customized Word the customizations
(default font & size, etc.) would be lost also.
