Office 2000 on TS2003

We have Office installed on 7 TS2003 servers. When a user
opens a file with an embedded picture, Word shuts down
after a second or two.
Also, When a user inserts a border, sometimes the text
becomes scrambled on the screen.

Resource Kit when installing Office.
