Office 2000 assistant disabled when using Front Page 2003

This is not just frequent. Occurs every time I open FP 2003. Anyone have a
suggestion.
 
Do a custom reinstall (control panel add / remove programs - FP - add components) and make sure the assistant is installed

I tried repair, but not from Control Panel/Add Remove Programs.
In point of fact I tried repair/add programs for both FP 2003 and Office 2000.
Did not help. However, I did not see on the FP 2003 Disk any provision for
dealing specifically with Office Assistant for FP 2003.

I will try the repair/add-ins from CP/AR.
 
Rightclick the toolbar / customize / commands / window and help / show the
office assistant.
 
This would be a good idea except that the Office Assistant has been disabled
and therefore cannot be viewed.
