Miccrosoft product fails to remove this spyware from
Microsoft Internet Explorer, rendering the latter
undesirable. Mozilla Foxfire is not affected, making it a
more desirable product to use as a browser. Microsoft
needs to figure out a way to get rid of Offeroptimizer so I
can use IE again
 
delete from C:\windows

bi.dll
bi.ini
biprep.exe


run MSCONFIG.EXE
uncheck bi related link

Reboot your PC.
