I just did a windows update and now when I open IE Explorer it wants to
download a file called offcancel. No mater where I save it to. It keeps
asking to save it eveytime I open IE.

I checked Google and it appears to have to do something with ieframe.dll, a
registry entry and whae IE displays when there is no page to show. I am just
not sure what to do with this so I can get IE to work again.

Any ideas?
