I am trying to send a news letter to all of my clients.
It seems to limit me to 100 in a single message. Do I
create a distribution group to get around it? If so, then
I must enter them all in my Contacts in order to create
the group?

Thanks

The limit is set by your ISP, not by Outlook. Defining a distribution list
with more than that many members probably won't work, either, since Outlook
explands the DL prior to sending. A Word Mail Merge may be your best
option.

Outlook sets no limits on the number of recipients for mail messages - your
ISP does.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Paul Cochrane
