OEM serial changing

I have just set up one of five identical computers with XP PRO OEM, I have
five licences and cd's but I want to ghost the image to the other four
machines. How do I change the serial of XP (OEM) as the usual trick does not
work.

I thought it was sysprep, I got the cd with the licences but the
instructions made little sense any chance of some hand holding.
