OEM Recovery disks

I have lost the use of "restore", "help", "uninstall", and
am unable to Format the "c" drive. I suspect I've been
invaded by a virus. Windows XP came installed when I
bought the computer. It came with a recovery disk entitled
"drivers".
Can anyone tell me how to get the disk to run. If not is
it possible to uninstall Windows XP?

Most likely you need other CDs as well.
You should also have something that says something like "Operating
System".
Otherwise check your manual and/or contact the manufacturer as they
all do it a little differently.
