Please look at this site

These prices are very low
Is this legal? Surely, I can't get Windows XP for 40 USD
and Windows Server for 80 USD
Please, someone from Microsoft clarify this, and tell me
why I have to pay so much in a store.

This scam has at least five websites all with different names, but all
selling the same thing. Says on the site this is considered backup software
and does not mention product keys(that to me says its not legit) and the
software comes from Eastern Europe. I would imagine if you do get a product
key that it will be one of the keys that ms has black listed as pirtated.
Just remember: if it sounds to good to be true, most likely it is.

Your safe bet is to purchase Microsoft Windows XP locally
from your favorite store that sells computer software.

If a website offers a price that seems too good to be true,
it usually is too good to be true and you'll end up with zilch.

THe site is saying 'delivery from East Europe - and does not guarantee
you get a product key of any kind, let alone a legal one. Buyer Beware

The other small problem is they are OEM versions, so good luck if they are
the ones that are looking for a certain BIOS.

Ones that he has bought as effectively a small-scale system builder will
not be 'BIOS locked' ones. IN any case if a BIOS locked version finds
itself on a different motherboard, he normal activation procedure comes
into play
