OE6 Cannot link to IE from messages

My hyperlinks embedded in my email messages are blocked.
I have to cut and paste all URL's into my browser.
Any Suggestions?

Go to Start/Run, and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL Then open IE, Tools menu,
Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web Settings" button.
