OE6 and MSN email problem....

I tried to set up Outlook Express so that I could get my MSN emails, but
keep getting the following :-

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account:
'JoeBloggs@MSN', Server:
'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail,
Server Response: 'Service Unavailable', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCCF0

Anyone know what this message means, and what I should do to sort out the
problem?

I have the same problem after running Win XP Setup again. I have followed OE's instructions for setting up a new account for Hotmail in OE (including delete & reinstall), checked exrensively online & followed some other suggestions.......... AND I HAVE THE SAME #$@%%&!~~@#$% PROBLEM!! Is there a double-secret email server I should know about? WHOEVER KNOWS - PLEASE GIVE ME SOME HELP..... Thank you in advance
