I reformatted my C drive and reloaded XP. Before I did
that I saved all of my OE Folder contents (dbx files) to
a CD. How do I reload these files so that OE can access
them?

Create all the user defined folders in your new application.
Open the CD in your Drive program.
Open Folder list.

OE files found here:

Tools>Options>Maintenance>Store folder will reveal the location of your
Outlook Express files. Write it down.

When you find the files, just drag the old ones to the new ones.
