OE vs Outlook

I prefer using Outlook express as my Email program. I
have Office 97 and the Outlook program is overiding the
OE as my default Email program under Internet Explorer.
IE doesn'y even offer me the choice of using Express.
The only programs offered for mail are Outlook, Netscape
and Yahoo mail.

In Internet Explorer go to Tools/Internet options/Programs and select
Outlook Express under E-mail.
